Key Responsibilities Of This Position
– Launching tests and weighing
– Wax base development for candles (research, test, trial) and you will ensure compliance with colour, fragrance and container constraints
– Creation of manufacturing orders
– Preparation of samples for customers or olfactory sessions
– Monitoring development projects with project managers
– Technical administrative follow-up
– Developing new diffusion supports in a reactive and pro-active manner
– Olfactive control of raw materials.

Key Responsibilities Of This Position
– Entering all day-to-day accounting transactions (supplier invoices, banks, payments, etc.)
– Managing administrative tasks related to accounting
– Editing and sending customer invoices
– Monitoring customer collections
– Monitoring the aged trial balance and customer reminders
– Bank reconciliations
– VAT declarations
– DEB declaration
– Participating in the review and preparation of balance sheets.
