Our creative team at PCW includes two in-house perfumers who will work with you to create exceptional fragrances in an interactive process, bringing your ideas to life. Our talented perfumers interpret client briefs with their individual personal flair and experience : Maud Chabanis and Xavier Blaizot.
Each perfumer has access to PCW’s extensive portfolio of fragrance materials to make the perfect scent for your needs. Our creative team prefers to work very closely with clients to ensure they are sensitive to their needs. We want to ensure that expectations are exceeded, with 100% client satisfaction.
Maud is the Creative Director at PCW. Maud completed her education at Montpellier, with a Master degree in Cosmetics Aromas Perfumes Engineering (ICAP). Maud’s dedication and ability led to her graduating top of the class in 2012. Following this, Maud joined Romessence as an assistant perfumer, where her knowledge of raw materials and naturals was enhanced, and then joined PCW, where she has created exceptional fragrances for 10 years.
“I look for sources of inspiration in nature during walks or trips where new discoveries are undeniable muses. Creating a fragrance means listening to your creativity but also following your instinct and sensitivity. I like to think that beyond a smell, perfume can bring a real feeling of happiness, of well-being, triggering a smile, an emotion.”
Xavier attained a Master Degree in Business & Economics from the Ecole de Management de Normandie, and then entered the perfumery school at Robertet. Upon completion of his training he held positions within Robertet as a perfumer in Europe, the United States and Mexico before commencing at PCW.
“For me, being a perfumer is much more than a day to day job. It means opening up to a whole new world by paying attention to every scent and looking for olfactive beauty in common or basic things. This passion has forged my personality and my sensitivity.”
