Colourful Art At PCW

We are excited to unveil a new painting at PCW by Guillaume Cavalier, a young rising star from Nice, symbolising our local roots. Guillaume, a self-taught artist, discovered his passion for art while studying business in London in 2014. He honors diverse cultures in his work and maintains a respectful approach to all forms of art and culture, from the popular to the sacred.

The painting is a vibrant and stunning modern interpretation of the world of PCW. Commissioned by Xavier Blaizot (CEO and perfumer), this work reflects the close connection between painting and fragrance. This visual representation of our creative perfumery marks the beginning of many future collaborations with brilliant artists.

We are immensely proud of this stimulating and engaging artwork, which embodies Guillaume’s interpretation of the high-quality work that PCW is committed to. The painting features a myriad of iconography, each element significant to both PCW’s history and its future.

There are many symbols and iconography included in the painting and here is a small selection :

Photo 4: Ambroxan molecule : one of Xavier’s favourite notes in perfumery.

Photo 5 : Mouilettes : the yellow mouilette indicates the incredible citrus ingredients that we sell and use in our fragrance creations.

Photo 6 : The Gilda bottle : this was the only brand produced on site, historically and is a good example of PCW’s know-how encompassing ingredients, creativity and production.
