Xavier Blaizot Is Our New CEO

CHANGE OF LEADERSHIP AT PCW

Patrice Blaizot, the CEO and majority shareholder at PCW since 2008 is stepping down from his current role.  He has overseen many changes in his tenure including the shift to the current premises in Grasse, and is proud of the achievements and progress of the business.

According to Patrice, “PCW is growing steadily in all segments including raw materials and finished products and I am looking forward to seeing the company develop further.”

Patrice will remain in the company as a semi-retired executive.

PCW is pleased to announce that Patrice’s son Xavier Blaizot will assume the CEO position and  continue his role as perfumer. Xavier attained a Master Degree in Business & Economics from the Ecole de Management de Normandie, and then entered the perfumery school at Robertet. Upon completion of his training he held  positions within Robertet as a perfumer in Europe, the United States and Mexico before commencing at PCW. For the past two years he has worked as an in-house perfumer while also managing business development at PCW.

With Xavier leading the company, PCW will remain steady in its mission as a trusted partner in finished fragrance products and raw materials, while continuing to innovate in perfumery and creation. A key driver and passion for Xavier is to bring natural ingredients to the forefront, as it is his belief that this will strengthen PCW’s future in modern perfumery.

“PCW has a unique vision for the future of perfumery, to help entrepreneurs realise their dream to create their fragrance brands. Our mission is to provide premium quality fragrances to customers all over the world, while pursuing continuous innovation.” Xavier Blaizot

Xavier acknowledges Patrice’s achievements in fragrance.

“Thanks to Patrice PCW has been able to find its identity in the world of perfumery in Grasse, and is now being recognised as a company that offers unique services with a hands on personalised approach. This is increasingly rare in perfumery and we aim to continue our focus on these elements. I am very lucky to still be working with my father, while he is in semi-retirement. I will always be able to count on his perspective while bringing a fresh perspective to today’s perfumery.”
