PCW at Beautyworld 2024

Xavier Blaizot (CEO and Perfumer) and Marion Deshayes (Fragrance Development Manager) attended the 28th edition of Beautyworld Middle East in Dubai.

This event stands out for bringing together a diverse array of participants from the perfume and beauty industries, including fragrance houses, beauty and scent brands, packaging suppliers, perfumers, influencers, and more. Xavier highlighted how this unique mix of attendees adds a dynamic energy to the fair.

Xavier also noted that while the scents showcased at the event typically reflect Middle Eastern preferences, many brands and perfumers were eager to incorporate a distinctive twist into their creative processes. They were also keen to explore partnerships with perfumers from outside the region. He was particularly pleased to see strong representation from the Grasse area, with many companies and perfumers attending the fair.

In addition to their participation at Beautyworld, Xavier and Marion joined the opening of the new Grasse Institute of Perfumery school in Dubai, led by Maria Molchanova. They congratulated Philippe Massé and his team on this remarkable achievement in expanding fragrance knowledge and education.
